When you submit a design, logo, or text for customization:

  • Your Ownership: You retain ownership of your designs.
  • Our Right to Use: You grant inkcp.ca a non-exclusive license to use the design solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order.
  • Indemnification: You warrant that you own the rights to any imagery or text submitted. Inkcp.ca refuses to print material that infringes on trademarks, copyrights, or is otherwise illegal or hateful. You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims resulting from your breach of third-party intellectual property rights.
  1. Pricing and Modifications
  • Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.
  • We reserve the right to modify or discontinue a service or product at any time.
  • We are not liable to you or any third party for any price change, suspension, or discontinuance of service.
  1. Accuracy of Colors and Products

We make every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products. However, we cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any color will be 100% accurate to the final printed garment or item.

  1. Prohibited Uses

In addition to other prohibitions, you are prohibited from using the site or its content:

  • For any unlawful purpose.
  • To solicit others to perform or participate in any unlawful acts.
  • To upload or transmit viruses or any other type of malicious code.
  1. Limitation of Liability

Inkcp.ca shall not be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind, including lost profits or lost savings, arising from your use of any of our products or the website. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific product in question.
