Thank you for choosing Inkcredible Custom Products (inkcp.ca). We are committed to getting your custom orders into your hands as quickly and safely as possible.
Because every item we sell is custom-made to order, please note the two-step timeline for your delivery:
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become active.
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Inkcp.ca is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an address error, a reshipping fee may apply.
If your order arrives damaged, please refer to our Return and Refund Policy. If your tracking information shows “Delivered” but you have not received your package, please contact the carrier directly or reach out to us at info@inkcp.ca within [48 hours] so we can assist you in filing a claim.
