At Inkcredible Custom Products (inkcp.ca), we take immense pride in our work. Our goal is to put in the utmost effort to get your request right the first time, ensuring your custom products arrive exactly as you envisioned them.

Because our products are custom-made to your specific requirements, we maintain the following policy regarding returns and refunds:

  1. The “No Return” Policy

Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or provide refunds for items that were produced as ordered. Once an item has been customized, it cannot be resold.

We encourage all customers to double-check their designs, sizes, and quantities before finalizing an order.

  1. Exceptions (Product Defects & Errors)

While we strive for perfection, we are human! We will gladly offer a replacement or a refund if:

  • Product Defect: The item itself is physically damaged or defective upon arrival.
  • Misspelling/Design Error: There is a spelling error or design mistake that was the direct fault of inkcp.ca (meaning the final product does not match the approved proof or the text submitted in your order).
  1. How to Report an Issue

If you believe there is a defect or an error on our part, please follow these steps:

  1. Notify us within [7] days of receiving your order.
  2. Email info@inkcp.ca with your order number and clear photos of the defect or error.
  3. Once we verify the error, we will prioritize a replacement for you at no additional cost.
  1. What is Not Covered

We cannot offer refunds or replacements for:

  • Errors in the original design or text submitted by the customer.
  • Sizing issues (please refer to our sizing charts before ordering).
  • Slight color variations between digital screens and physical print.
  • Items that have been washed, worn, or used.
